Heart Opening I

This two hour workshop will reawaken your practice with fundamental techniques to lengthen the spine and open the heart. It will include techniques to work on shoulder and upper back flexibility, front body lengthening for your hip flexors, and tools for splits to prepare for strong, balanced, healthy backbends. We will examine multiple techniques for practicing backbends in a safe way that is effective for students of all levels.
