This workshop is designed to teach your body to flow in harmony, synchronizing movement to breath. We will work on exploring ways to deepen our flexibility and improve spinal mobility. We will explore many backbending postures such as wheel, cobra, full camel and drop backs using the wall. These fun but challenging movements are incredibly empowering and strengthening! We will go through techniques and tips to safely add backhanding to your practice. This will take you into your own asana practice to continue working towards greater mobility, flexibility and strength.
